The organisation “Karriärföretagen” (Career Companies) in Sweden has named Addsecure as a Career Company for 2024.
Eacy year “Karriärföretagen” highlights employers who offer unique career and development opportunities with a focus on newly graduated students and young talents. The purpose is to make it easier for young professionals, but also senior professionals, to find their next employer and to reward successful employer branding work.
All organisations and companies in Sweden could become a Career Company, but only 100 companies qualify and undergo all steps in the selection process. Addsecure is one of these and has thus been named Career Company 2024.
“We are proud to have been appointed Career Company 2024. For me, it is a testament to the commitment of all our employees where we together create a workplace that is both inclusive and caters for development. The basis for this is our values that create conditions for everyone to contribute with their unique skills and to be themselves”, says Liljana Vall, Chief People & Culture Officer at Addsecure.
“Addsecure is the obvious choice for those who want to shape their career in an international and dynamic environment. With a strong focus on secure IoT and tech solutions, the company has created a workplace where competence and commitment are at the center. Here you are given the opportunity to be part of an organisation that takes sustainability seriously and strives to create a safer, smarter, and more sustainable future for society. With a culture characterised by collaboration and constant development, Addsecure is an attractive employer that gives you the space to be yourself, grow and make a positive impact in a world that is becoming increasingly connected.”
“The labour market in 2024 continues to be highly competitive. The work with Employer Branding is therefore crucial today to ensure that companies, such as Addsecure, can compete for the best talent on the market, and a strong employer brand benefits both their recruitment work and their ability to retain qualified staff,” says Patrik Wigton, Chairman of Karriärföretagen.
