Dahua IP video products now GDPR compliant

Just one day before the GDPR come into effect, Dahua announced that it has became the first video surveillance company in the world to have its IP video products certified by TÜV Rheinland for GDPR compliance.As per GDPR, any company irrespective its location is liable to protect the personal data of an EU citizen during the provision of products or services, it must comply with data protection standards of GDPR. Being a global player that sells its products and solutions across the globe, this move also mean that customers who use Dahua Technology’s certified IP products are able to meet GDPR standard.
