IDAMA deploys EVO4HSE drones for facilities and asset management
IDAMA, the Facilities Management arm of EJADAH today announced the deployment of EVO4HSE drones making it one of the first company to use drones for the facilities and asset management in the UAE.
“We are rigorously investing in research and technology to provide our clients with sustainable and efficient solutions with the aim of their benefit as well for the greater good of the country and global environment. Dashboards and meters alone don’t generate savings. By collaborating with site teams, using the right technology and proactively seeking idyllic solutions, we are converting 67% of opportunities identified through our technology, into tangible energy reductions,” explained Tarek Nizameddin, Senior Executive Director at EJADAH.
The company can now provide 360° inspections to ensure availability, safety and reliability of the asset and bird’s eye views which help property owners/managers assess the sustainability of the business operations.
Looking at Real Energy Data has also led to double the savings opportunities which was previously not detected using traditional Building Management Systems (BMS). EJADAH’s report finding show that 25-40% of energy saving opportunities are missed due to a faulty BMS.
EJADAH’s technology utilizes the world’s most advanced meters, offering results that are within 99.8% accuracy. More than 135,000 Data Points are monitored while 4.7 Billion data sets are analyzed each year.
This year with the digitization and optimization of building environments the company was able to achieve a saving of more than AED 34.4 million and also the use of the advanced technology enabled it to reduce energy consumption by 25%.
