
CERTINA Group has announced the acquisition of a 65% stake in the listed MOBOTIX AG from the Japanese KONICA MINOLTA Group.
MOBOTIX AG, based in Langmeil (Kaiserslautern), is an established software and hardware manufacturer of high-end video and surveillance systems. For more than 25 years, MOBOTIX has been developing, programming and producing video systems and software for pioneering complete solutions in the industrial, government, transportation and energy sectors, among others. The company provides companies and organizations all over the world with usable data and creates considerable added value in terms of operational efficiency and security.
With approximately 300 employees worldwide, the company plans to generate a revenue of around EUR 60 million this fiscal year 2024/25. MOBOTIX AG is listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
